The arts and culture sector is a key economic driver that contributes to local economies; builds strong, vibrant communities; and creates civic engagement and provincial satisfaction. The SSI Arts & Culture program partners with arts organisations, artists and cultural staff to deliver an annual program of events, tasks and workshops.
Programs on the Ritz are designed to reveal residents, especially children, to the fantastic arts through diversified activities, instructional packages and targeted exchanges with performing artists and craftsmen. Additionally, the Ritz seeks to reinforce the quality of life in the region by encouraging broad-based awareness of, and participation and pleasure in, the performing and visual arts.
Robinsons Artablado Present Helps Chosen Children Village
The artists are past or present students of the Creative Hands Workshop, together with members of the Sabado Group and the Art Wednesday Group. For this exhibit, the beneficiary is Chosen Children Village in Silang, Cavite. “Due to the pandemic, the CCV now gets less support to fund primary wants such as food, staff salaries, diapers, medicines and for repairs of the place. Hopefully, whatever we elevate from the sale of artworks within the exhibit will augment the dwindling sources of the CCV,” says Maryrose Gisbert, one of many artists. The non-profit arts council presents administrative and technical help, publicity and fund-raising by way of the annual arts development drive. Its presence broadens the bottom of support and will increase the audience for arts on this space.

SSI Arts & Culture levels a range of vibrant and numerous festivals and events that present valuable opportunities for artists to connect with the community. In partnership with 17 most renowned museums, Google launched a non-profit initiative in 2011 dubbed Google Arts & Culture. The mission was to bring the world’s art and culture online for everybody to see.
It offered repayable finance between £150,000 and £600,000 to arts organisations in England with ambitions to develop, achieve great artistic high quality and have a constructive impact on society. Between July 2015 and September 2019, we committed £8.eight million throughout 27 organisations.
The Brandt Center’s Friesen Art Galleries provide gallery space for Northwest Nazarene University’s art college students to exhibit their work. The Arts and Culture Division was established in 2006 by the Goodyear City Council to create a definite sense of place and cultural destination by integrating art into public spaces.
Each image was mapped according to longitude and latitude, in order that users can seamlessly transition to it from Google Maps, wanting contained in the partner museums’ galleries. Street View was also built-in with Picasa, for a seamless transition from gallery view to microscope view. They created an indoor-version of the digicam system to seize gallery images by pushing the digicam ‘trolley’ by way of a museum.
